Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at mimicraig12341@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different design if stock is available. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right promptly.
